2001 St. Patrick's Day Ball a Huge Success!!!

Duke Albrecht and Duchess Anna Wittelsbach, the most Honorable King of Bavaria & Her Most Serene Higness, once again hosted a masquerade ball for St. Wolfgang's members and their friends on St. Patrick's Day, Saturday, the 17th of March, 2001. The proceeds will be used to help pay for our float in this year's Starlight Parade .

It was an excuse to play dressup, (something we’ve never done before!) and costumes were from many different locales in the renaissance era. The ball, which was held at the Rheinlander German Restaurant in Portland, OR, was filled with fun, frolic & fellowship with prizes, singing, and merriment of all types, as well as a most wondrous board of food and drink for everyone's enjoyment - and, best of all, this year we didn't have to set it up, take it down, or do the dishes. HUZZAH!!!!!
